Bourbon/Vanilla barrel-aged syrup

A unique blend of two separate infusions.

The main infusion is from the Bourbon barrel, aged for 10 months and a separate concentrated Madagascar Vanilla bean infusion aged for 14 months. The blended ratio of 5 parts Bourbon to 1 part Vanilla gives this syrup a distinctive palate. The taste sensation is one that starts out Bourbon and finishes with the smooth creamy notes of Vanilla. An ideal condiment for topping ice cream or to sweeten an old fashioned or Manhattan.
