How to Substitute Maple Syrup or Sugar

recipes

Did you know Maple Syrup can be used in place of white sugar in most recipes? Maple's unique flavor is a great way to infuse sweetness into a favorite recipe. Better still, with over 50 antioxidants and naturally occurring essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and manganese, using maple is a healthier way to sweeten your food and beverages!

Using granulated maple sugar is even easier as that can be substituted 1:1 in any recipe.
